Trek into Bwindi Forest for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with mountain gorillas. A short but powerful experience filled with nature, culture, and unforgettable moments.
Day 1:Entebbe transfer to Kibale forest National Park.
– 6:30 AM: Pick up from Entebbe, stop via the Uganda equator along the
Kampala Masaka highway then proceed to Kibale 4hrs drive.
.- 12:00 PM: Lunch at Endiro Coffee via the highway.
– 1:30 PM: Chimp trekking in the Kibale forest National Park. (Chimpanzees,
alongside Red-tailed Monkeys, Black-and-White Colobus, Blue Monkeys,
L’Hoest’s monkeys, and Olive Baboons), with a huge population of chimps for
trekking and other forest animals.
– Overnight Kibale Forest Lodge or any other booked safari Lodge.
Day 2: Kibale to Bwindi NP
– 8:00 AM: Drive to Bwindi 2hrs 50mins
– 10:30 AM: Gorilla trekking in the Bwindi National Park.
– 1:00 PM: Lunch.
– 2:30 PM: Birding watching (Albertine Rift endemics).
– Overnight at Bwindi forest Lodge, Gorilla bluff Lodge, Bwindi Neck view Lodge
or any other booked safari Lodge.
Day 3: Bwindi to Entebbe 7hrs drive.
– 8:00 AM: Morning birding or Batwa community visit as you exit Bwindi
– 11:00 AM: Lunch at Endiro Coffee along the Highway back to Entebbe
-4:00 PM: Tour around Entebbe town and get yourself some souvenirs from
Ngabi stitches
-Dinner at Victoria Mall as you wait for your flight
